Our story began with our parents, and over the years the café has been lovingly carried forward to the next generation. While the exact origin of the name “Popular 2 Café” is unknown, we purchased the business with this name, continuing its legacy in the local community. There was once a “Popular Café” nearby, and the name has remained part of our identity ever since.
We are proud to serve traditional, home-style food that brings people together. Our menu features hearty Traditional English Breakfasts, freshly prepared lunches and dinners, classic steak & kidney pudding, delicious roast dinners, and daily home-cooked specials. Whatever the time of day, we aim to offer something for everyone.
